Quality/Safety/Regulatory Support

We provide sound advice on food safety and regulatory requirements for provincial, national and international markets.

We help you implement quality and safety programs and train your staff on a variety of food safety systems, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) programs.  In addition, a number of our Centres are  internationally recognized, providing both the training food companies need, and the auditing of company systems to an accredited global standard.

Centre staff are also up-to-date with regulatory requirements for processing, packaging and labelling foods for sale, including nutrition labelling and content claims. A number of staff also work with processors of natural health products (NHP) and have registered facilities to manufacture these products.
