Sodium Reduction Guidance for Industry

Health Canada just released its “Guidance for the Food Industry on Reducing Sodium in Processed Foods”.
 
A webinar for industry stakeholders to review the Guidance, including the Guiding Benchmark Sodium Reduction Levels,regarding the document took place on June 21, 2012.
